Terms & Conditions

Delivery by agents appointed by BEE Amazed Pte Ltd.

Usually within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

(Delivery is only done from Monday to Saturday between 10am – 10 pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.)

Local delivery is FREE for orders $100 nett and above!

For orders less than $100, a standard delivery charge of $20 will be applied.

We deliver anywhere on mainland Singapore excluding the restricted areas. Delivery is for mainland Singapore only.

Payment Method

You can place an order and choose to pay via Pay Now, Cheques or Paypal or Credit Cards:

Self-collection from BEE Amazed Garden at 91 Lorong Chencharu Singapore 769201 can be arranged through prior arrangement through WhatsApp or SMS on Sundays between 12 noon and 3pm only.

​​Your Order

You may change your delivery address by emailing us at customercare@myhoney.com.sg at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery.

You may place a new order if there are additional items that you want and the delivery charges criteria will still apply.

Cancellation of order

The order cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Return & Refund Policy

Any request for return, refund, replacement or exchange will be handled on a case by case basis and the decision of Bee Amazed Pte. Ltd. will be final.

Such requests will be handled within 7 working days upon receiving of your order. In addition,

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition.

  • All packaging of each item must remain unopened, undamaged or defaced in any manner.

All requests must go be submitted via email at customercare@myhoney.com.sg with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return.
